What are Picolos_™  exchange and return policies?

• Picolo Products guarantees each shipment. We will replace, refund, or exchange any damaged item. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our exchange policy, please contact us at TOLL FREE: 877-438-3988, or at custorders.picolos@att.net

We cannot extend our return, refund, or exchange guarantee to orders for which we have been given an incorrect delivery address.

• What are Picolos_™ shipping policies ?
• Picolo Products normally ships via UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• At this time, we do not offer international shipments.
• For Large Quantities we use Central Freight Lines.
• For Postal (USPS) shipping or for shipments to U.S. Military Bases, please contact us at custorders.picolos@att.net, or call us TOLL FREE: 877-438-3988.
  
• Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers) for your package to arrive. Shipping Costs are included in the prices, except in Pail prices. Pail sold to Food Service Industries ONLY.

      Picolo Products offers insured domestic delivery, at an additional charge.

Addresses not verified through the Postal System Database will not be guaranteed.

All Varieties of the Texas Gourmet Bread & Butter Pickle Slices & Relishes primarily include: 

Cucumbers [Water, Distilled White Vinegar, Salt, Alum, Calcium Chloride, Natural Flavoring, Sodium Benzoate & Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Oleoresin Turmeric & Yellow #5 (Colors), Polysorbate 80 (emulsifier)] Pure Cane Sugar, Vinegar, Garlic, and Spices.
Jalapeño Slices (for Picolos & Jalapeños and Jalapeño Relish).  Other Ingredients Include: Mustard Seed, Turmeric, Onion Powder, Natural Flavoring, (Mustard Relish); Tomato Concentrate From Red Ripe Tomatoes, Fructose Corn Syrup, Red Cayenne Peppers Vinegar, Red Pepper Flakes, Oleo Resin and Celery Seeds.
